CFE HELP FOR THE LINE TEST MENU
                        -------------------------------

A. The functions listed below are those line tests provided from within
the AXE platform. They are conducted by the MTU on the customer's
specific port on their DLB2U PCA.

Always check first to see if the service has been provided over a RIM
(use SULTAN to check). If it has then using these tests will only be
tresting the copper between the DLB2U port and the RIM EU port via the
Exchange MDF. In those cases, use the SULTAN "R" (RIM) Menu to
conduct the copper tests. It will test from the test head (CTU) in
RIM RU to the customers NT1 (CAN section).

B. These notes are to explain the screen and each key function.
