   connect to an S bus.

 b. The default for a MSN single service or LHG [ISBPMP] is ACT-0 & CONFIG-2.

  c. The default for a MSN service [ISBPP], which may be all or part of a LHG and
which is provided via a RIM must be ACT-1 & CONFIG-2. This prevents
