HELP FOR THE PROVISIONING MENU

A. OCFE provides the majority of terminal operations required by B&G
staff in customer service activation. Remember however, B&G's role
in this process is only to assist the installer on site where requested
and consequently the functions are limited to making temporary changes
       to services.

Where a temporay change is made to deliver service, advise the relevant
SDU group of the changes made, so that they can be permanently set and
       the relevant records amended.

B. These notes are to explain each key function and its use.

C. Additional Functions Menu available via the "6" key with further help.
